Adding Distribution Lists

This topic describes how to add a distribution list at the user level.

  1. On the Shipping tab, click Distribution List.
  2. Click the Add Distribution List button in the upper right corner. The Add/Update dialog box displays.
  3. Type the distribution list name in the Add/Update Distribution List dialog box.
  4. Click Save.

  1. Click the Distribution List drop-down list and select your distribution list.
  2. Either click the Select All check box to select all address books or hold down your CTRL key and select your preferred address books.
  3. Click Search. ShipExec displays all the addresses in the selected address books.
  4. Select the check boxes for the addresses you want included in the distribution list.
  5. Click Save.
